Desguaces Rebagliato, in accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, as set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), guarantees the proper use and processing of the user’s personal data. The company informs the user of the existence and acceptance of the specific terms and conditions, the processing of their data and the responsibility for such processing, the contact details of the data controller, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and the disclosure of data to third parties, where applicable.
We hereby inform you that your personal data will be included in Desguaces Rebagliato’s data files and that the purpose of this is to carry out procedures relating to services or orders connected with the management of end-of-life vehicles contracted for and/or processed, and the sale of second-hand parts; to respond to enquiries regarding our services, spare parts and the parts on offer; and to respond to requests for quotations.
The data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship or for as many years as necessary to fulfil legal obligations. Once it is no longer required for this purpose, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation or complete destruction of the data.
The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the purpose of exercising or defending any claims. Personal data will be processed with the appropriate level of protection, taking the security measures required by law to prevent its loss, damage, unauthorised disclosure or access by unauthorised third parties. However, the user should be aware that security measures on the internet are not infallible.
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Desguaces Rebagliato is processing your personal data. You may therefore, in accordance with current legislation, access your personal data, rectify any inaccurate data or, where applicable, request its erasure when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, request the restriction of the processing of your data and object to its processing, by sending an email to the address rebagliato@rebagliato.es, attaching to your request a photocopy of your national identity card, passport or any other valid document enabling your identification and, where applicable, that of the person representing you.
DATA PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES
If the request includes personal data provided by persons other than the data subjects themselves, the user must, prior to including such data, inform those persons of the details set out in the preceding paragraphs. Desguace Rebagliato accepts no liability in the event of non-compliance with this clause.
COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
Communications sent by email or by any other electronic means shall be those necessary for the processing of your request. However, they shall be those to which the recipients have expressly consented or authorised in accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, with the exception of the provisions of Article 21.2 of that same law, as amended by the first final provision of the new General Telecommunications Act and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and the safeguarding of digital rights.
DUTY OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The user is entitled to confidentiality and the duty of secrecy on the part of all those who process data on their behalf and for their account. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the user is aware that the security of communications via the network may not be inviolable.
